Description and use
The thermometer can be used for temperature measurement in any position. The stem is watertight closed at the end, so thermometer can be used without thermometer well. The head can be placed in environment with temperature range 0 to +80 °C. The bottom part of thermometer head that is in contact with the pot lid tolerates the temperature up to +95 °C. Thermometer head must not be in contact with open flame and must not be put into the water. The thermometer must be handled without a stronger vibrations or shock. The thermometer stem must be put minimally 100 mm in measured environment. Avoid mechanical stress of stem.
