Pad printing, also called Tampoprint, enables colour print on a wide range of materials in diameter up to 130 mm (metal, plastic, glass, etc.). Materials for print can be sent in text or image format (vector type is preferred, but it is also possible to process a higher quality bitmap image). Tampoprint is suitable for printing smaller objects not exceeding 20 cm.
A diode pumped solid state crystal laser is a solid state laser where the active crystal is pumped by laser diodes. The radiation wavelength is in the infra-red area, its exact characteristics depend upon the crystal type used. These lasers are very efficient with a high quality beam. Machine is capable of fitting 200x200x200 mm parts in with laser area of 150x150 mm. Ideal for vector graphics, barcodes, 2D codes or text.
The MANURHIN K’MX 413 is dedicated to run small parts from Ø 3 (2)–16 mm (over Ø 13 mm, preparation of bars is necessary in standard, as an option it can be used with full Ø 16mm bars without preparation). Counter spindle, powered tools are included in the basicmachine as well as the barloader. With 2 electrospindles, 3 powered tools, C-axis, and up to 12 fixed tools, the K’MX 413 is also able to run complex parts. With this machine, we want to offer an economical, reliable and easy solution. Four linear axes (X1, Y1, Z1, Z2), two rotary axes (C1, C2).
For thermometers outside of our production, temperature calibration is offered in the range of -20°C to + 400°C in agreement with the quality control department (metrology). As a part of calibration a product certificate is issued. Metrology is certified according to ISO 9001: 2008.
MagicPin allows direct, permanent and flexible marking on various materials (stainless steel, steel, brass, aluminum, plastic, etc.) Ideal for various inscriptions, logos, number codes, etc. Marking area is limited to 100 x 100 mm.
Semi-automatic circular saw AL 400 is designed for cutting mainly profiled but also selected materials made of aluminum alloys, copper and hard plastics. Copable to make double-sided angular cuts in the range of 60 ° –0 ° –90 °.
