Company name change

Dear business partners,

We would like to inform you that, effective July 14, 2025, our company's business name will change.

Original name: Apator Metra s.r.o.
New name: APATOR POWOGAZ CZECHIA s.r.o.

This change is part of the unification of identity within the APATOR Group and has no effect on the legal continuity of the company – the company's ID number, VAT number, registered office, and existing obligations remain unchanged. All contractual relationships remain valid without change.

At the same time, we would like to inform you that the company now has two new managing directors:

• Ing. Tomáš Dus
• Ing. Petr Pros

The managing directors are authorized to act on behalf of the company jointly at all times.

From July 14, 2025, please address all communication, invoicing, and legal documents to the company under its new name:

APATOR POWOGAZ CZECHIA s.r.o.
